Registration Information, Email and Other Subscriptions
To modify or delete entirely the information you have provided during registration, please login and update your profile. To unsubscribe from an email, please follow the instructions in any email you receive. You can also send a request. Be sure to include your first and last name and account email address in the "message" box.
Communications in Progress and Sales & Service Information
Please note if you have unsubscribed from any Hughwear communications, due to production schedules, you may receive communications already in production. Also, if you request your registration information be deleted or if you unsubscribe from communications, we may maintain information about sales transactions or service inquiries for future service and record keeping purposes.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We take security very seriously. All credit card and personal information is encrypted utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) server technology before being transmitted over the Internet. All information that you provide during the shopping process is encrypted for your protection and held completely confidential.
We guarantee that every purchase you make will be 100% safe. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping at our store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you responsible for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you up to the full $50.00. In the event of any unauthorized use of your credit card, please notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new, re-sellable condition.
A return authorization code is required on all returns and can be requested by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please reference your original order # and reason for returning the item.
For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in new condition to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
Notwithstanding, all returns to Hughwear for a merchandise refund will be at the sole discretion of Hughwear upon inspection. Evidence of wear, markings, and unsanitary appearance will disqualify a refund. If we deem the product un-sellable we will contact you with an option to have the item shipped back to you free of charge.
We ask that you do not return merchandise, which is damaged, defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective please email us at email@example.com.
If you are returning an item for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange item.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is put back into our inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
